Cancellation policy

To return or cancel any order, you must access your customer account here.

Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions or pre-orders. This cancellation policy outlines how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases.

Patterns and Subscriptions
The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content if downloading, execution, or access has begun with the user's consent.

For patterns, a "return" and full refund are possible provided you have not yet downloaded the PDF. You can request a return, and if we verify that the download has not taken place, we will refund your money without issue. If you access the downloads, you waive your right of withdrawal, and we will not be able to accept a return.

When purchasing a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and the frequency you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay upfront.

Some subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you can cancel it.
You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time. Order confirmation emails contain links to your order, where you can manage your subscription.

About the workshops
Refund requests must be made at least one week prior to the scheduled workshop date.

Pre-orders
When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing an item that is currently out of stock or coming soon but is not yet in inventory. We may either take no payment or charge a partial deposit at checkout, securely store your payment method, and subsequently process the full payment or the remaining balance at a later date.
You may cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been prepared. If the order has already been prepared, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a full or partial refund. Please refer to our return policy for more information regarding returns and refunds.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
