The Bokeh shawl is a triangular shawl worked from the bottom up: you start at the bottom tip and gradually increase in size while working a repetitive lace pattern that is very easy to memorize.
For this shawl, you will work double yarn-overs to create the lace design, and you will also work the edges using a technique where the yarn is released to ensure the fabric doesn't pull tight. None of these techniques are difficult, but they aren't for absolute beginners—perhaps for those on their second project ;)
In the pattern you will find videos of all the techniques used.
